Shopping by mail-order has many good points (low prices, shipped right to your door, no waiting in line, etc)
and a few less positive ones such as; you can't physically see (or touch) the products, it takes a few days to
get to you and if you need to return it, it is more costly and less convenient.

| Shipping Damage: |

Please inspect your boat carefully on arrival !
If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, ie. fork lift hole, etc., REFUSE to accept it from the carrier.
If you accept a damaged package, make sure you notate on the bill of lading that it was damaged and have
the driver sign it. Failure to notate the damage will prevent any claim for loss.
If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped,
it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier. Also, if there was any non-visible damage,
this will need to be reported to us and/or the carrier within two days of receiving the product.
We can usually have replacements for damaged/missing parts sent out quickly.

| Cancellations: |

You may cancel within 24 hours from time of order without a problem. Any order in transit that is cancelled
or refused will be charged a 25% restocking fee in addition to all shipping, handling and freight charges.

| Returns: |
 |
Please DO NOT return any product that you have ordered without contacting us.
Many products ship direct from the manufacturer and often need to be returned to a specific warehouse.
These warehouses will refuse deliveries that are not properly marked and documented.
Returns are categorized below and acceptance is subject to the following conditions:
a) Return requests must be made within seven days of receiving the product.
b) The product must be in original condition and undamaged.
c) The product must be packaged to avoid damage in shipment.
d) You pay the freight charges (both ways) and a restocking fee.

| I) Wrong Product Shipped: |

If we or the manufacturer made a mistake/error (it does rarely happen) and ship the wrong product,
we will ship you the correct product and pay the shipping costs to have the wrong product returned.

| 2) Ordered Wrong: |
 |
If you made an error and ordered the wrong part or accessory and wish to return the product, please e-mail us and
request return instructions within seven days of receiving the product.

| 3) Unwanted Boat: |
 |
If you decide within 7 days of receiving your boat that you don't want to keep it, you may return it subject to the following:
a) The boat must be new and undamaged. b) You must re-wrap the boat in the original shipping material or equivalent.
c) You pay the freight charges and a restocking fee (10%-20% depending on the manufacturer).

We may revise these Terms at any time without notice.
Any revision or modification of the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting of the revision or modification.
